Day-to-day operations and an assigned staff within a station or hub are responsible for ensuring safe and efficient package sortation controls specific day-to-day operations within the station or hub. It is responsible for assigning and managing employees to ensure unrelated to the performance of the work involved. Solar is becoming an increasingly competitive industry and requires a mix of strategy, branding, reach, and relationships to achieve fast growth.
The Cluster Head is a P&L role and accountable for end-to-end in all locations mapped under Cluster, Hub, and Satellites. This role primarily aims at developing a customer base, customer satisfaction, and achieving all commitments made in business plan
The sales executive will be responsible for end-to-end sales in the territory assigned. This role primarily aims to develop a customer base, customer satisfaction and achieve all business plan commitments.
This job role is primarily techno-commercial in orientation and holds a key position in the solar field. It is an entry-level job role with preferably good knowledge in the solar industry who can assess the customer’s energy requirements, interpret the needs, and recommend appropriate system/ solutions towards solar rooftop setups.
