Position Summary:

This position leads the overall responsibility for design of Solar Module Mounting Structures of Solar Power Plants such as Ground mount, Roof Top and Residential, Solar Products like Solar Pumps, Lighting Systems and etc.

Position Responsibility:
  • Be responsible for design of different types of module mounting structures for Solar Power plants by using latest tools and techniques such as CAD software, Stadd Pro, ANSYS and any 3D Modules software’s
  • Be responsible for preparing project detail drawings for Solar Structures in 2D and 3D drawings
  • Be accountable for detail analysis and use of various domestic & international standards and engineering principles to analysis structures, connection, and components using analytic & computational methods
  • Play a key role in preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for structures, Design of RCC foundations using geo-technical inputs and has the ability to do survey sites, visit project sites, and develop technical solutions
  • Be responsible for Structural design work for the control room, invertor room, compound walls, module cleaning systems and other accessories related to the project
  • Should be responsible for shadow analysis by SKETCHUP tools, working techniques with LCOE concept a must
  • Play an active role in design review of Solar System Engineering design, modelling and performance data and provide engineering support during the construction process
  • Review the costs of structural estimates, production estimates, and assessment of commercial risk factors
  • Should be responsible for maintaining design documents as per defined QMS
Position Qualification, Experience and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Civil or Mechanical/Structural and Masters in Structures or Mechanical CAD/CAM from a reputed institute
  • At least 10-15 years in Structural design and with minimum 5 years’ experience in Solar domain and knowledge in Electrical will be an added advantage
  • Experience and knowledge in selection of materials for designing structures, latest design procedures and IS codes
  • Plan, organize work to meet business deadlines and work constructively and collaboratively with others
  • High proficiency in use of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point & MS Office) and Primavera

Position Summary:

This position “Executive- Sales”is dedicated to SunEdison RSC BU and responsible for business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

“Executive-Sales”will be a dedicated person for a cluster/satellite/hub who should be able to introduce SunEdison products to potential customers and close sales.Achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that purchased products are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

The Objectives of this role include:
  • Researching competing products, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and assisting in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Answer customers’ questions regarding product pricing, availability, features, and benefits.
  • Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
Position Responsibility:
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.

Hub Sales Manager

Position Summary

This position “Hub Sales Manager”is dedicated to SunEdison RSC BU and responsible for entire sales, BD and marketing of a particular hub and different satellites of that hub. He/She shall have the Community Managers handling each center reporting to him/her as well as the Sales Head of the BU.

A“Hub Sales Manager”is will be a dedicated person for a cluster who should be able to manage the overall operation of that particular cluster on a daily basis with his team.Day-to-day operations and an assigned staff within a station or hub,is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient package sortation controls specific day-to-day operations within the station or hub and also Responsible for assigning and managing employees to ensure unrelated to the performance of the work involved. Solar is becoming an increasingly competitive industry and hence requires a mix of strategy, branding, reach and relationships to achieve fast growth.

The Objectives of this role include:
  • Community– Implement systems (which is measurable) that result in better performance of the community team
  • Operations – Implement new initiatives, policies & processes to improve operational efficiency and create stronger, more engaged Co Working communities and achieve a service rating.
  • Sales & Marketing –Conduct/Arrange walk throughs as per Customer journey and co-ordinate with Sales Team.
Position Responsibility:
  • Day to day supervision of warehouse/ outlets including sales, staff, stock and resource management.
  • Addressing leads that comes to CRM/ERP platform within due time span.
  • Delicately handle customer queries and managing budgets, maintain statistical & financial records
  • Maximizing profitability, meeting sales targets, including motivating the sales team.
  • Preparing promotional collaterals/ displays as and when required.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the sales team.
  • Act as a nodal point for all customer related queries.
  • Diligently follow up with all internal departments to ensure timely satisfaction of customer queries.
  • Recruiting, training and supervising sales executives.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Manage risks and provide inputs to the risk management team.
  • Be entirely responsible for the entire sales process starting from lead generation till converting a lead to prospective customer.
  • Be responsible for managing the procurement and logistics of solar kit for a particular cluster, should be able to understand and procure at volumes based on prior experience.
  • Should be responsible to ensure touch points on daily basis (Calls/ Direct Meets) with customers distributed based on pin codes/ areas.
  • Be entirely responsible for sticking to necessary timelines promised to the customer.
Position Qualification, Experience and Requirements:
  • MBA graduates from a reputed institution with overall 9+ years of experience, andminimum of 5 years’ Experience in Sales Management. Preferable background Electrical (Bachelors) discipline or any other related engineering field or MBA graduates from a reputed institution with Pure Sales Management Experience where they handled 3 or 4 sales people at least for 5 years.
  • Candidates from Retail Sales & Marketing (consumer durable industries) background are preferred
  • Candidates should have prior experience of handling a sales team of at least 15-20 members, driving them towards achieving set targets/goals for a particular region.
  • Candidates should have prior experience of handling inventory/ stock/ product management.
  • A team player and ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and also Creative, innovative and pro-active.
  • Candidates from retail sales companies like Eureka Forbes, LG, Samsung, Panasonic etc. will be preferred
